QTempo -In Vitro Cardiotoxicity Assay System
QTempo is a new in vitro cardiotoxicity assay technology using human iPS/ES cell-derived cardiomyocytes.

To start customer-conducted assay, the following three components are necessary:
1. Technical Tutorial
2. Cardiomyocyte Products from ReproCELL
3. Detecting Device from Multichannel Systems

1. Technical Tutorial

  • We transfer our technical know-how to help you implement the technology in your drug discovery and development.
  • We can customize the tutorial program based on your needs.

2. Cardiomyocyte Products

1) Human iPS cell-derived cardiomyocyte kit
  • Human iPS cell-derived cardiomyocyte clumps
  • Maintenance medium
    • 2) Measurement medium for cardiomyocyte-like cells
    3) 96 well electrode plates

    3. Detection Device

                 MEA-SYSTEM (Multichannel Systems)
    MEA-SYSTEM is used to measure the output of the assay. If you do not have this system, we can arrange installation.
