- Creation of humanized mouse
- Creation of custom cell lines
- Creation of disease mouse model with human metabolizing enzymes (crossing humanized mouse strain and disease mouse strain)
- ADME/Tox Testing (non-GLP)
- Contract ADME/Tox testing service using our proprietary humanized mouse models. Studies are conducted in Tottori, Japan. After sampling, blood and other organs will be shipped to the customer.
- Safety Testing (non-GLP)
- Micronucleus testing using CYP3A mouse (in vivo)
- Micronucleus testing on rodent cell culture (in vitro)
